JKITCO’s Board includes senior administrative officers of J&K SICOP, J&K SIDCO, J&K SFC, banking institutions, and sector specialists. This balanced leadership structure brings together administrative strength, technical expertise, financial oversight, and industry experience, enabling the organisation to deliver projects with transparency, discipline, and strategic direction.
Mr. Madhusudan Somani – Managing Director
An experienced professional with qualifications in B.E. (Electronics), I.M.C., I.C.W.I., M.M.S. (Marketing), C.S. (Part), with long experience in government organisations with active engagement in large-scale projects involving government departments, public sector undertakings, infra companies and private enterprises across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining JKITCO Ltd., he gained extensive experience in advertising and publicity management, where he gained extensive exposure in marketing strategy, public communication, media planning, outdoor advertising, and brand development. His professional journey reflects a unique combination of technical understanding, managerial capability, commercial acumen, and strong public relations skills.
He is instrumental in expanding the organisation’s activities from consultancy services, to infrastructure execution, warehousing, logistics, renewable energy, industrial development, and real estate project executions.
Mr. Soujanya Sharma – Director
A former senior officer of the J&K Administrative Service with extensive experience in governance organisations, public administration and policy implementation. Over the years, he has held several important positions within the Government of Jammu & Kashmir and has contributed across multiple sectors involving public administration and developmental initiatives.
He also served as Commissioner of the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Director Information and Public Relations, and Director Tourism (Government of Jammu & Kashmir). His experience further includes various administrative and institutional responsibilities across government departments and public bodies.
As Director of JKITCO Limited, he contributes his extensive administrative and governance experience towards the organisation’s developmental initiatives and business expansion activities, which are in the larger business and public interests.
Mr. Praveen Acharya – Director
He is a senior consultancy professional with long-standing experience in project management, techno-economic studies, livelihood programs, e-governance, and infrastructure advisory.
He is a former Executive Vice President & COO at an apex State-level consultancy organisation. He is also associated with the Federation of M.P. Chambers of Commerce & Industry as Secretary and has previously been associated with organisations including the Centre for Industry Academia Collaboration (CIAC), ASI Knowledge Organisation, and MPCON Ltd., a Government undertaking engaged in consultancy and project-related services.
He has led large multidisciplinary teams and handled assignments for State Governments, Central Ministries, UNDP, DFID, ADB, and national financial institutions.
Mr. Prakhar Somani – Director
He is an entrepreneur and business development professional with experience across warehousing, infrastructure, real estate development, logistics & industrial projects. He is associated with JKITCO Limited as Director & has been actively involved in the organisation’s initiatives related to infrastructure development, renewable energy, warehousing, & government-oriented developmental projects.
Apart from his role in JKITCO Limited, Mr. Prakhar has experience in the development and management of warehousing and logistics infrastructure, including grain storage and industrial warehouse operations. His experience spans project planning, execution, infrastructure development, and business expansion across multiple sectors.
He pursued Management studies from S.P. Jain School of Global Management with international exposure in Dubai and Singapore, further strengthening his understanding of strategic management and modern business practices. Known for his execution-oriented approach and strong understanding of infrastructure-led business development, he continues to focus on opportunities in warehousing, logistics, industrial execution, renewable energy, large-scale infrastructure & real estate project development.
